BLUELAM is a Seattle based construction company. Bluelam was founded by local Seattle Builders. We noticed that many new construction projects were suffering from poor techniques or delayed due to a lack of qualified crews. We decided to start BLUELAM to help Builders bring quality and consistency to new construction projects.
BLUELAM is a shell and core company. We do sitework, foundations, framing, siding and roofing in house. This greatly accelerates the schedule and quality.
